You may notice the headings don't contain what they are meant to. It is a work in progress. As am I, She says avoiding the temptation to hunt down chocolate.

FEAR is the other 4-letter F word. Despite how many times we hear that we must let go, disengage, accept, move-on etc., we all mutter under our collective breath that it is easier said than done. Agreed. Let's start small with more manegable steps. I hope you are as fortunate as I am to have wonderful and supportive friends. They are like sisters. My sisters are also my best friends. But I digress. If one of these treasured souls came to you and explained how frustrated they felt, guilty they feel about this or that or perhaps how stuck they are you know what you would say. You would look them straight in the eye and say..."Don't be so hard on yourself, please see yourself as I see you!" Why is it that we do not speak this way to our spirit? We don't because of FEAR! We fear that the chatter from those who do not know us or understand us is true. Well it isn't. We fear that we are never doing enough. You are. I'm not wrong when it matters. Please start small but with pure intention. Listen carefully to what you allow yourself to hear and feel. Speak softly and kindly to your heart. Envision that F word as a pile of dung that you have tossed in the trash. Start anew. Get out the Sage Spray! Embrace the affirmations of your heart. Coo lovingly to your spirit. Watch the magic take place as you do. And so it is.
